Finding the Organization Profile Page
Follow these steps to access this page:
Login to admin.apollos.app using your email address
Click on the icon in the lower left corner. (Note: In most cases, this will eventually be the logo for your organization)
Click on the “Organization Profile” option in the pop-up menu
Inviting a Teammate to Help in Admin
If you want to invite a teammate to help you work in the Admin console, click on the “” button in the upper right-hand corner of this page.
You will then be prompted through a series of steps to invite them into your instance of the Apollos Admin platform.
Setting Up Customization
The rest of the page contains several spaces to input information and upload branding information to customize your platform. We’ll walk you through each below.
Important Note: As you complete this section, before exiting the page, make sure to click the green Save button at the top of the screen. Content will not be saved unless you do so.
Organization Name
Input the public name of your organization here, as you would like it to appear.
Organization Website
Input your primary website URL here, as you would like it to appear on attached information.
Timezone
Input the timezone for your organization’s main location here, as this will be referenced by the Apollos team.
Bible Translation
Choose the translation you want to be utilized in the app when pulling Scripture. Currently, you can choose from ESV, Web, NLT and KJV.
Full-Text Logo (Light Background)
Upload the logo for your organization here, as you want it to appear on the app when devices are in “light mode.”
Full-Text Logo (Dark Background)
Upload the logo for your organization here, as you want it to appear on the app when devices are in “dark mode.”
Brand Icon
Upload your icon to be used in the app here. Make sure to follow the parameters set form on screen.
Brand Icon Background Color
If your brand icon has transparency, you can upload a background color here to be set behind it.
Primary Brand Color
Upload the primary color you wish to be used on the app/website.
Buttons & Links Color
Upload the color you’d like used for buttons and links on your website/app.
Accent Color
Upload the color you wish to be used as an accent on the app/website.
User Support Email
Place the email here of someone on your team who will field support questions from the app.
Tech Support Contact
Upload the contact information for the primary person Apollos should contact should there be a need for support.
Experimental Features
Apollos will have different experimental features available in this bottom section to toggle on and off. Before enabling them, be advised that you might check with the Customer Success team to ensure it will work correctly with your platforms in their current formatting
