Status
The Status tab provides an overview of all workflows that are enabled, paused, or running. Workflows are jobs that sync data from an integration, such as your Church Management System (ChMS).
Filtering Workflows
You can filter workflows using three tabs:
All – Displays all workflows.
Active – Shows only active workflows.
Paused – Lists workflows that are currently paused.
Additional Features
Auto-refresh toggle: Located at the top right, this switch enables automatic updates of the workflow status.
Search bar: Use the search bar to quickly find a specific workflow by name.
Understanding the Workflow Table
The table consists of the following columns:
Toggle switch – Enable or disable a workflow.
Workflow name – The name of the workflow.
Status – Shows if the workflow is Running, Paused, or has No Issues.
Frequency – Displays how often the workflow syncs (e.g., every 15 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.).
Last Sync – The timestamp of the last successful synchronization.
Next Sync – The scheduled time for the next synchronization.
Refresh button – Manually refresh the status of a workflow.
Catalog
The Catalog tab allows you to manage integrations and workflows.
Integrations Overview
Apollos enhances your existing data by integrating with various platforms. You can sync content like videos and articles while personalizing the user experience.

A search bar at the top lets you find integrations easily.

Below the search bar, there are seven filter tabs:
Active – Displays currently active integrations.
Most Popular – Shows the most commonly used integrations.
View All – Lists all available integrations.
Content Management – Integrations for managing and organizing digital content.
Media – Platforms for video hosting, streaming, and media sharing.
Giving – Tools for managing online donations and contributions.
Analytics – Services that provide insights and reporting on user engagement and activities.

Church Online Platform - Tool for managing online church experiences.

Studio C - Personalized announcements and badging service.

Each integration has an Overview option to learn more about its features and functions.
Debugger
The Debugger tab helps you monitor updates and changes made within the system.
Key Features
Action Column: Displays the type of action performed (e.g., Update).
Origin Column: Shows where the action originated from (e.g., "rock").
Timestamp Column: Indicates when the action occurred.
Config Updates: Displays detailed changes in JSON format, highlighting modifications with color codes (green for additions, red for deletions).
Search Bar: Helps you find specific updates or changes quickly.
This section is useful for tracking system modifications and debugging integration or configuration issues.
