Accessing the Launchpad
In order to access the launchpad, log into Apollos Admin and click on the small green rocket icon in the lower left corner.
Clicking on this will pull up the Launchpad menu on the right side of the screen.
Mobile Apps
To access the mobile apps section of the Launchpad, click on the “Mobile” tab at the top of the menu.
Previewing Your Mobile App
In order to preview your mobile app prior to launch, you must first download the Apollos Preview app from the app store. Once open, it will prompt you to scan a QR code. Scan the QR code at the top of this menu, and you will be taken to a demo version of your app.
Setting Up the Mobile App
Below the preview section, you’ll find a “Mobile and TV Apps Guide” button. Click on this to set up your app prior to release.
The menu will give you the option to set up your app with Apollos, brand marketing, and the app setup stores, as seen below.
Organization Profile - This section allows you to complete your profile with Apollos. You’ll be able to add your name, website, and all official branding that will customize the look and feel of your app.

Add Integrations - This section will take you to the Integrations page, which allows you to connect with your profile on some third party apps. This allows you to share videos, articles, and information.
Setup Mobile App - This will take you to the Apps section. This section allows you to configure the tabs and set up which feeds appear in the app.
Setup App Stores - This section allows you to connect the app to your account with the app stores for release. It will guide you through the process, then take care of the rest.
App Marketing Profile - This section allows you to customize the marketing profile information, as you want it to be seen in the app stores.
TV Apps
Preview the TV App
In order to preview your TV app prior to launch, you must first download the Apollos Preview TV app from the app store. Once open, it will prompt you to enter a password. Enter the password that shows at the top of the TV menu here and you will then be able to interact with you TV app demo.
Setting up the TV App
See above in the Mobile App section of this document. Clicking on this button on the TV App menu will take you to the same screen. You will need to enter all the same information for the TV App.
