Profile Section in Admin Guide

Manage your account, organization settings, team invites, and key features in the Apollos Admin Dashboard.

Accessing Your Profile

To access your profile:

  1. From anywhere in the Admin Dashboard, click the profile icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen. You’ll see a circular icon.

  2. A small menu will appear with available options.

  3. Click “Your Profile” to enter your personal account settings.

Your Profile

Inside "Your Profile", you'll see the Your Account section where you can manage your personal details.

Editable Fields:

  • First Name
    Appears on your Apollos Admin profile and helps your team recognize who’s managing settings or content.

  • Last Name
    Also shown on your profile for identification and communication.

  • Email
    This is your login credential and the address where messages from the Apollos Success Team will be sent.

Saving Changes:

Once you've made updates, click the “Save” button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Invite a Team Member

Next to the Save button, you'll see a section titled “Invite a team member to help”. This is where you can add collaborators to your admin setup.

  1. Click the “Invite team member” button.

  2. A pop-up will appear allowing you to input one or more email addresses.

  3. After adding emails, hit “Send Invites” to grant access to your team members

Accessing Organization Profile

To access your organization’s settings:

  1. Again, click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the admin dashboard.

  2. In the menu that appears, select “Organization Profile”.

This section allows you to customize the look and functionality of Apollos for your community.

Visual Identity & Branding

  1. Organization Name
    The public-facing name that users will see across your platform.

  2. Organization Website
    The primary website link you want users directed to.

  3. Timezone
    Set your local timezone to ensure accurate event times and timestamps.

  4. Bible Translation
    Choose the default translation shown in scripture content (e.g., NIV, ESV, etc.).

  5. Full-Text Logo (Light Background)
    This logo will appear in Light Mode. Use dark-colored text on a transparent background.

  6. Full-Text Logo (Dark Background)
    Appears in Dark Mode. Should have light-colored text and a transparent background.

  7. Brand Icon
    Your favicon/app icon. Should be square and on a transparent background.

  8. Brand Icon Background Color
    A fallback background color used if your brand icon contains transparency.

    Color Customization

  9. Primary Brand Color

    The dominant brand color used throughout the app.

  10. Buttons & Links Color

    Used for buttons and links. Make them stand out with a contrasting yet brand-consistent color.

  11. Accent Color

    Supports secondary UI elements. Use this to guide attention subtly.

    Contact Information

  12. User Support Email

    This email is made public for end users needing help or support.

  13. Tech Support Contact
    Information for the Apollos Success Team to get in touch with your technical point of contact.
    You'll need:

  • Contact Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

Experimental Features

You’ll find a list of toggle switches to enable or disable beta features. Here’s what each does:

  1. Enable AI-assisted Scripture References
    Lets users request specific verses in various Bible translations using AI assistance.

  2. Enable Link Embedding
    Allows embedding of web content (videos, articles, etc.) directly into your app.

  3. Enable New Web Architecture
    Unlocks new content features. Note: incompatible with current web embed structure.

  4. Enable New Web Embeds Architecture
    Enhances how embedded content looks and behaves via your Apollos Microsite.

  5. Enable Webview Tabs
    Lets you create a tab with an embedded website. Great for custom experiences or partner tools.

  6. Enable New Editor
    Activates the newer, more intuitive content editor with support for advanced layout and paging tools.

  7. Enable Paging
    Provides a more guided, page-based content flow for long-form or interactive content.

✅ You can toggle each feature on or off individually depending on what suits your setup best.
