Accessing the Dashboard
In order to access the dashboard, log in to Apollos Admin, then select the odometer icon from the list of tabs in the upper left corner.
Filtering by Time
At the top of the Dashboard screen, you’ll have the ability to filter the data in all the panels by time. Clicking on each different unit of time will alter all the charts on the page. You can filter by the last:
7 Days - Breaks down the data by day
30 Days - Breaks down the data by day
3 Months - Breaks down the data by week
6 Months - Breaks down the data by month
1 Year - Breaks down the data by month
Growth Data Panels
The first three panels at the top of the page will provide data on growth in the Apollos platform. The following are the three different panels you will see:
Total People - This will show how many people are active in the app each day during the time period filtered. You’ll see the total number of people active during that period at the top, then a line graph breaking down the number per day. You can see the exact number of people each day by hovering over the line.
New People - This will show you how many new profiles were created either with existing ChMS profiles or new Apollos platform users each day. You’ll see the total number of new profiles created during that period at the top, then a line graph breaking down the number per day. You can see the exact number of new profiles each day by hovering over the line.
Total Sessions - This is similar to Total People, but instead shows you the total times users have a session, in which they engage on the app. In effect, one user can have multiple sessions in a day. You’ll see the total number of sessions during that period at the top, then a line graph breaking down the number per day. You can see the exact number of sessions each day by hovering over the line.
Daily Habits Data Panels
The next section of the page provides four data panels with information relating to daily habits in the app. The four panels are:
Top Completions - This provides you with a list of users who completed the most daily habits during the time period filtered. By clicking on an individual user, you can go into their specific profile for more information. Additionally, you can download, export the data in this panel by clicking on the option in the top right corner of the panel.
Longest Streaks - This provides you with a list of users who completed the longest streaks of daily habits during the time period filtered. By clicking on an individual user, you can go into their specific profile for more information.
Total Prayer Actions - This panel provides you with data on how many people are submitting prayers and praying for others in the app. You’ll see a total number for both of these that have occurred during the time period chosen at the top. Below, you’ll find a line graph that breaks down both prayers requests submitted and prayers prayed by day. You can drill in to see the numbers for a specific day by hovering over the lines.
Average Time to Pray - This graph provides a line chart showing the average amount of minutes that pass between a prayer request being submitted and receiving a prayer. You can drill into specific numbers for each segment by hovering over the line.
Media Data Panel
This section only has one panel: Most Watched Media.
Most Watched Media - This panel displays the top media items that received the top number of views during the period of time filtered. The numbers displayed are total views for that content item during the time period.
You’ll also find that, on the graph lines for each media item, they are broken down and color coded according to how long the users watched each media item:
Orange - Bounced, they viewed less than 5%
Purple - Watched, they viewed 5%-50%
Blue - Watched, they viewed 50%-90%
Green - Engaged, they viewed more than 90%
Content Data Panel
This section only has one panel: Popular Content
Popular Content - This panel breaks down the most opened content items during the time period filtered. At the top, you’ll find a line graph with the top opened content items. You can drill into the numbers for all content items for one time segment by hovering over the line. Below, you’ll find a table, which displays each content item, the total number of opens for each content item during the entire time period filtered, then a breakdown of the number of opens for each content item during each time segment.
